Your identity stays hidden.
Are you tired of being the "strong one"?
Do you ever wonder, "When will this pain stop?"
Does the mask you wear feel heavier each day?
What if you could finally put it down?
My name is Heena.
And if you're reading this, chances are you already know exactly what I'm about to say. Because you've lived it too.
For years, I was the person everyone came to. The shoulder. The listener. The one who "always figured it out." I held my family's expectations, swallowed my own pain, smiled through the worst days of my life — because that's what strong people do, right?
But behind closed doors, I was falling apart.
You know that feeling when you're surrounded by people but feel completely invisible? When you laugh at the right moments but feel hollow inside? When someone asks "How are you?" and you say "I'm fine" so automatically that even you start believing it?
That was my life. Every. Single. Day.
Every time I thought things couldn't get worse, life would find a way. And every time, I'd pick myself up — alone — dust myself off, put the mask back on, and keep going. Because who was I supposed to tell? Who would understand without judging? Without pitying? Without trying to fix me?
Somewhere in that cycle, I lost the person I used to be. The girl who dreamed. Who laughed for real. Who believed tomorrow could be different. She disappeared. And nobody even noticed.
I tried everything to feel something again.
Meditation. Yoga. Spiritual healers. Astrology. Self-help books. Journaling. Endless conversations with AI chatbots.
Some things helped for a day. Some for a week. But the emptiness? It always came back. Like clockwork. Because none of these things could give me the one thing I was actually starving for —
Someone who just... got it.
Not someone with answers. Not someone with advice. Not someone who'd say "stay positive" or "this too shall pass."
Just one person who'd look at me and say — "I know. Because I've been exactly where you are."
And then, almost by accident, I found that person.
They'd carried the same weight. Fought the same invisible battles. Knew what it felt like when home doesn't feel safe enough to be honest. When "move on" sounds like a slap. When you're drowning and nobody notices because you're still smiling.
I didn't have to explain. I didn't have to perform. I didn't have to be strong.
For the first time, someone looked at my mess and didn't flinch. They didn't try to fix me. They just sat with me in it.
"I know. Me too."
Three words. That's all it took.
That conversation didn't solve my problems. My life didn't magically get easier. But something inside me shifted. A crack opened. And for the first time in years — I felt like I could breathe.
I still have hard days. Some mornings the weight comes back. But the difference now? I'm not carrying it alone. And honestly? That changes everything.
I know right now, there are millions of people sitting in their rooms, holding pain they can't name, wearing masks they can't take off, scrolling through their phone at 2 AM hoping to feel less alone — waiting for someone, anyone, to say: "Hey. I've been there too. You're not crazy. And you're not alone."
That's why I created Saraathi — because I wished a space like this existed on my worst night. A community where you don't need to explain yourself. Where someone is already walking beside you, because they know the weight.
If even one line of this felt like your story — if you've been the strong one, the silent one, the one who smiles so no one worries — then you already belong here.
Come as you are. You don't have to be ready. You just have to show up.
One conversation can change everything.
Tell us what's heavy. We'll match you with someone who carried the same weight.
Feeling overwhelmed? — We understand.
Whether a relationship ended, your career fell apart, there's tension at home, someone left — or you just feel empty inside. Whatever it is, someone here gets it. Let's start with a deep breath.

Every Credit Is a
Real Human Moment
Help someone through their darkest hour — earn credits. Use them to seek support when you need it. This is the Saraathi karma cycle.
Credits Flow From
Human to Human
When someone listens to you, their credits flow to you. When you listen to someone, credits flow to you. The economy is real — it just needs a community to start it.
When you need to talk, you use credits to connect with a peer listener. You start with 500 free credits when you join — no card needed.
When you listen to someone going through something, you earn credits. The more genuinely you show up, the more you earn — and the more sessions you can access when you need them.
You start with 500 welcome credits. After that, credits flow between community members — give when you can, receive when you need.
The Karma Economy
Credits don't come from Saraathi — they flow from the community. Every credit a healer earns was given by someone who needed to be heard.

💬 When you're stuck in a real-life situation
Life Coaching
Stuck but not broken, too many options, need a push forward
A coach focuses on what's next — not the past. They help you get clear, make a plan, and actually do it. A personal trainer for your life.
Relationship Help
Can't get over a breakup, keep choosing wrong people, same fights on repeat
See the patterns you can't see yourself — why you pick who you pick, what you actually need. Real tools to communicate better and stop the cycle.
Career Guidance
Hate your job, burnt out, parents vs. your dreams, no idea what's next
Figure out what you're good at + what you enjoy, and where they overlap. Real direction — not "follow your passion" fluff.
Life Transitions
Big chapter just ended — divorce, job loss, moving — who am I now?
Process the ending and figure out what comes next. No rushing to "bounce back" — rebuilding at your pace, one step at a time.
Just Someone Who Gets It
Don't need a professional — just someone who's been there
A real person who walked a similar path. They just listen — because they've been where you are. Sometimes "me too" is the most healing thing in the world.
🔮 When you need clarity on your path
Astrology
Same patterns repeating, confused about career/love, "is this the right time?"
A map of your tendencies and timing based on when you were born. Shows you WHY patterns repeat and WHEN to act. A mirror, not a fortune teller.
Numerology
Same numbers keep appearing, living in cycles, want to know your life path
Your birth date and name carry hidden patterns about your strengths, purpose, and what phase you're in. Like an instruction manual for your life.
Tarot Reading
Stuck on a question, need fresh perspective, "what am I not seeing?"
Cards reveal what's beneath the surface. Not fortune-telling — a conversation with the part of you that already knows the answer but can't say it.
Vastu & Space Healing
Home feels heavy, sleep badly in your room, things went wrong after moving
Simple changes to how your space is arranged — bed direction, colors, layout. Your space affects your mood more than you think. Small shifts, big difference.
🧘 When your body is carrying your stress
Yoga
Body stiff and tense, can't sleep, mind won't slow down
Gentle stretches and breathing that teach your body it's safe to relax. Not about perfect poses — about reconnecting with yourself. Most feel calmer after session one.
Meditation
Brain never shuts off, always in the past or future, reacting to everything
Someone guides you to just... be still. Not to stop thoughts, but to watch them pass. Over time, the noise gets quieter. You respond to life instead of reacting.
Breathwork
Panic attacks, racing heart, feeling numb, need something fast
Breathing patterns that calm you down in minutes. Your breath is the fastest way to tell your body "you're safe." No pills, no equipment — just you.
Fitness & Movement
Can't get out of bed, pent-up anger, restless energy, lost body connection
Moving your body changes how you feel inside. Not for looks — because sometimes your mind can't process what your body can release.
Dance & Movement
Disconnected from yourself, old pain in the body, talking doesn't help
Move freely and your body starts releasing what you didn't know you were holding. No dance skills needed. It's not a performance — it's a release.
🌿 When you want to heal naturally
Ayurveda
Stress affecting digestion, skin, or sleep. Want a natural whole-body approach
They figure out your unique body type and give you a plan — food, daily habits, herbs — designed just for you. 5000 years old because it works.
Naturopathy
Tired of medicines, low energy that won't go, want your body to heal itself
Food, water, herbs, and lifestyle changes to let your body do what it already knows how to do. No drugs — just removing what's blocking your healing.
Food & Nutrition
Stress eating, energy crashes, food guilt, diet making you feel worse
What you eat changes how you feel. Not a strict diet — a plan that works for your life and your moods. Your food can literally shift your mental state.
Acupuncture & Acupressure
Unexplained pain, headaches, body holds tension no matter what
Tiny needles you barely feel, or finger pressure, on specific points that release trapped tension. Thousands of years old — especially good for pain and stress.
Homeopathy
Want something gentle, stress showing up as body symptoms
They ask about your fears, dreams, moods — everything. Then give tiny, gentle remedies matched to who you are as a person, not just your symptoms.
✨ When you feel drained and don't know why
Reiki
Emotionally drained, unexplained heaviness, feel empty inside
You lie down, fully clothed. The healer places hands gently near you. Most feel warmth and deep calm. Many cry — not from sadness, but because something finally lets go.
Pranic Healing
Heavy for no reason, low energy, certain people drain you
Without touching you, the healer finds where your energy is blocked and cleans it out. People feel lighter and clearer right away.
Chakra Healing
One life area always stuck — confidence, voice, love, creativity
7 energy centers, each tied to a part of your life. The healer finds which is blocked and opens it up. Like unclogging a pipe — once cleared, things flow again.
Spiritual Guidance
"What's the point?", searching for meaning, lost in a deep way
Real conversation about purpose and inner peace with someone who's explored the same questions. Not religious preaching — they help you find answers already inside you.
Sound Healing
Stressed but can't meditate, mind won't cooperate, need deep rest
Singing bowls and sounds wash over you and your mind just... stops fighting. Meditation for people who can't meditate. Deepest relaxation you've ever felt.
🧠 When your mind won't quiet down
Talking to a Therapist
Anxiety, sadness, emotional overwhelm, painful past
You sit with someone trained to listen — really listen. They help you make sense of what you're feeling and find ways to feel better. Like the wisest friend you've ever had, in complete privacy.
Changing Thought Patterns
Overthinking, "I'm not good enough," always expecting the worst
You learn to catch the thoughts that make you feel terrible and question them — "Is this actually true, or is my brain lying to me?" Over a few weeks, your mind starts working with you.
Hypnotherapy
Fears you can't explain, habits you can't break, deep old pain
You get deeply relaxed — like just before sleep. In that calm space, old fears and beliefs finally let go. You're in control the whole time. Nothing like the movies.
Healing Through Art & Music
Can't put feelings into words, shut down when asked "how are you?"
Instead of talking, you paint, draw, or make music. Your hands know things your mouth doesn't. No art skills needed — it's about letting something out, not making something pretty.
Grief & Loss
Lost someone you love, painful breakup, an ending that won't close
Someone sits with you in your pain without rushing you. No "move on" or "be strong." They help you carry what feels impossible — at your own pace.
